Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Parkway, quiet yet close enough to everything. The rooms were clean on arrival but had a strong chemical odor, needing updates. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay delightful. The dining options were mixed, with one being costly and lacking quality while the other was budget-friendly and convenient.
The hotel is situated at a great spot, just off the main Gatlinburg parkway, making it convenient for walking to the strip and easily accessible to downtown Gatlinburg. The rooms, while matching the pictures of the room I booked, were a bit bothersome as they didn't get straightened up daily, and the trash wasn't taken out regularly. The service was amazing, with incredibly friendly staff. The location along the river provided a nice touch of seclusion while still being close enough to walk to everything. The dining experience, albeit overpriced, was delightful with delicious homemade pasta. The facilities were clean and modern, and the creek view was beautiful.
